安全锁定的操作：

须将操作手柄固定在搅动位置，将驾驶室内推拉软轴操作手柄卡在定位块的槽中即可。

The operating handle must be fixed at the stirring position, and the push-pull flexible shaft operating handle in the cab can be clamped in the slot of the positioning block.

安全锁定的解除方法：

Release method of security lock:

混凝土出料前，将驾驶室内推拉软轴操作手柄从定位块的槽中推出即可解除锁定。

Before concrete discharging, push the push-pull flexible shaft operating handle in the cab out of the slot of the positioning block to release the lock.

搅拌车使用时注意事项：

Precautions for use of mixer truck:

(1)新车开始使用时，须进行全面检查和试车，一切正常时，方可正式使用；

(1) When the new car is put into use, it must be comprehensively checked and tested. It can be officially used only when everything is normal;

(2)输送混凝土的容量(重量)及坍落度应符合使用说明书的规定；

(2) The capacity (weight) and slump of the delivered concrete shall comply with the provisions of the operation manual;

(3)搅拌车在露天停放时，装料前应先将搅拌筒反转，把筒内的积水和杂物卸出，以保证运送混凝土的质量；

(3) When the mixer truck is parked in the open air, the mixing drum shall be reversed before loading, and the accumulated water and sundries in the drum shall be discharged to ensure the quality of concrete transported;

(4)行驶时，加长溜槽须翻转放置在卸料溜槽上用挂钩挂牢，再转至与车身垂直部位，用锁紧装置把卸料溜槽和加长溜槽锁紧在机架上，防止由于不固定而摇动，造成事故；

(4) When driving, the extended chute must be overturned and placed on the discharge chute, hung firmly with a hook, and then turned to the vertical part with the vehicle body. Lock the discharge chute and the extended chute on the frame with a locking device to prevent shaking due to instability and accidents;

(5)卸料前，发现混凝土坍落度偏低，不能满足用户要求时，可适当向拌筒内加水，然后以12-14r/min的速度旋转30转后卸料；

(5) Before unloading, if it is found that the slump of concrete is too low to meet the user's requirements, water can be added to the mixing drum appropriately, and then the concrete can be unloaded after rotating for 30 revolutions at the speed of 12-14r / min;

(6)运输车在运送混凝土的过程中，搅拌筒不得停止转动，以免混凝土产生离析。

(6) During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not stop rotating to avoid segregation of concrete.
