胡乱分析得到：django版本问题

解决：

yum install python2-pip
pip install --upgrade pip
pip install Django==1.8.17
systemctl restart httpd

# htdigest + 配置文件 + “描述信息” + 用户
[root@localhost httpd]# htdigest -c /etc/cobbler/users.digest Cobbler test1
[root@localhost httpd]# cat /etc/cobbler/users.digest
